1. Application in humid environments
Prohibition: Light‑weight gypsum is not suitable for humid areas such as bathrooms and kitchens. It tends to absorb moisture, deform and even get moldy, impairing the bonding performance between gypsum and mesh fabric.

2. Improper base surface treatment
Prohibition: Direct construction on walls with dust, oil stains or uneven surfaces will result in poor adhesion, and hollowing and cracking may occur in later stages.

3. No interface agent applied
Prohibition: Without applying special interface agent on smooth walls, the adhesion of gypsum will be greatly reduced, undermining the mesh‑reinforcing effect.

4. Inappropriate mixing time
Prohibition: Insufficient mixing causes lumps; excessive mixing accelerates setting and degrades gypsum properties.
